ERD Operations Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:
3. Ability to engage, coach and motivate teams and set clear targets and expectations
4. Demonstrable experience of leading and managing technical staff
5. Experience of managing and controlling Mechanical and Electrical programmes and delivering successful outcomes
6. Significant experience managing high value responsive repairs contracts, responsible for commercial and service quality objectives
7. Experience in designing and implementing sustainable change and improvement programmes aimed at trade-based operatives that drive engagement and empowerment
8. Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to landlord asset activities.
9. Passion for driving excellence in performance and delivering outstanding results.
Key Relationships: In this role, you will collaborate with senior-level consultants, contractors, council officers, elected members, and third-party organisations to drive effective planning, exchange critical information, and ensure seamless service delivery.
