STORIES Parfums is an independent luxury fragrance house with global ambition. We curate niche Eau de Parfums, bodycare, and innovative perfumed candles, all rooted in storytelling and artisanal craftsmanship.
We are looking for a Key Account & New Business Manager to drive growth, secure new retail and distribution partners, and strengthen our presence in the luxury beauty market. This is a pivotal role for someone with proven sales experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or skincare, and a network of contacts ready to open doors.
What you’ll do
* Develop and secure new retail, wholesale, and distribution accounts (UK, ROI, EU, US, and beyond).
* Manage key accounts, driving reorders, activations, and long-term partnerships.
* Track trends and position STORIES Parfums uniquely in a competitive industry.
* Collaborate with the Founder, and internal and external teams to align commercial and brand goals.
What we’re looking for
* Proven track record in sales/account management in luxury beauty, fragrance, or skincare.
* Strong retail and distributor network with the ability to pitch and close deals.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial focus, and excellent relationship-building skills.
* An understanding of working within an independent brand environment, where agility, resourcefulness, and hands-on contribution are essential.
