The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards across a busy operation. The food style is a modern mix of English and Italian cuisine, with menus built around quality ingredients and simple, well-executed dishes. The kitchen operates a busy service during peak season with up to 130 covers, In addition to the main restaurant offering, the team also delivers afternoon teas and snack menus, as well as small private events for up to 30 guests.

Salary: £43,000
Service charge: £5,000 per year
