* Has experience in governance, accountability, and inspection frameworks (e.g., Ofsted) and can build strong partnerships with governors, parents, and the wider community.
* Demonstrates strategic thinking, effective decision-making, and problem-solving skills, using data and evidence to drive school improvement.
* Shows personal integrity, resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with high expectations for pupils and staff.
* (Desirable) Has experience leading a school through Ofsted inspections, working with multi-academy trusts (MATs), or building partnerships with local authorities and external agencies.

What’s In It For You?

* Salary: £50,000 per year.
