The job
We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a varied local portfolio, including two in-house high-rise buildings, one HRB managed by an agent, and several smaller sites.
You will play a key role as we build an in-house HRB function, with close work across the team and regular time on site. The role is three days in the office and two days on site.
The person
You will have solid experience in residential property management and recent hands-on work with HRBs.
You take pride in doing things properly, with strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal skills.
MTPI already, or working towards it, with the drive to complete within the next 12 months.
