Role Description
We're hiring a Head of Delivery Operations (Customer Delivery Operations/Excellence) to own end-to-end delivery from contract signature through implementation, go-live, and handoff to Customer Success. We're looking for someone who has built a delivery operating system that blends high-quality content development/production workflows with SaaS implementation rigour.
What you'll be doing
Own post-sales delivery: signature, onboarding, build, QA, go-live through to customer success process
Build and run the delivery methodology (templates, acceptance criteria, QA checklists)
Manage the delivery engine to built a repeatable throughput across
Oversee project governance (risk/escalation management, exec reporting)
Implement quality systems
Enforce scope control & change management (versioning, sign-off)
Define KPIs and dashboards
Oversee resource allocation and headcount plans to ensure delivery targets are met
Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration by linking Delivery/Sales/CS and product teams
Qualifications
5-8+ years running operations/delivery in a B2B SaaS implementation / professional services / customer delivery ops and/or a production-style environment (e.g., medcomms/client delivery, content operations)
You've scale a growth stage company and know how to manage the challenges going from a 30 to 100+ person team
Experience delivering to Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare customers (regulated environments)
Familiarity with approval-heavy workflows (e.g., MLR or similar)
Comfort partnering with Product/Engineering on AI-enabled products (no coding required)
Experience with capacity planning/forecasting and managing constrained resources
