Key Responsibilities:
To take the lead for managing the delivery of our fire and safety risk assessments and consultancy services across the UK, including:
Helping to ensure adequate and competent technical resources are in place to deliver our services
Managing the quality of delivery and report validation process
Managing technical queries and supporting key clients
Direct delivery of Assessments and/or consultancy services, as required
Working with the Senior Management team to help drive business growth, in line with agreed KPIs.

Experience:
* Min 5 years’ experience of delivering fire and safety risk assessments, including within the residential block management and/or social housing sectors.
* Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and memberships required and a recognised Fire Safety qualification, ideally to Level 5 minimum.
* A Life Safety Fire Risk Assessor qualification, through an accredited 3rd Party, would be considered advantageous.
* Operations management experience within a similar sector would be considered a distinct advantage
* Must be IT literate and able to work confidently and effectively with modern software platforms (training will be provided)
Attributes:
