Location & Working Hours
Location: Lincoln - Hybrid Working
Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when you speak to us!)

Your Role and Responsibilities
As our new Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial team to achieve successful contract outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Producing cost value reconciliation reports and accurate financial forecasts.
* Managing subcontract procurement to ensure best value while minimizing risk.
* Contributing to cash flow forecasts and maximizing project cash collection.
* Assisting with monthly client applications and final account submissions.
* Collaborating with the operations team to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in a similar commercial role within the construction industry or related sectors.
* A sound understanding of commercial and business principles.
* Experience working with the NEC suite of contracts or similar.
* The ability to understand and respond to contract issues effectively.
* Excellent communication, report writing, presentation, and IT skills.
