Design Manager & Senior Design Manager – Industrial & Data Centre Projects
My client is a leading Tier 1 building main contractor with a busy and fast‑growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, they are looking to recruit Design Manager and Senior Design Manager positions on multi‑million‑pound projects initially at the Tender / Preconstruction stage. Previous preconstruction experience and prior industrial & data centre experience are desirable but not essential.
Requirements
* Knowledge of the Building Sector.
* Previous employment as a Design Co‑ordinator, D/B Coordinator, D/B Manager or Design Manager.
* Architecture or Design Engineering background also considered.
* Ideally previous Main Contractor employment; candidates from Architecture or Design Consultancies are also welcome.
* High level of communication skills.
* Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Remuneration
* Competitive Basic (depending on experience).
