JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel (Charity Sector)
PQE REQUIRED: 1+
LOCATION: London (hybrid)
SALARY: £52K - £59K
THE ROLE:
* Reviewing, drafting and advising on a variety of agreements.
* Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, legal risk, and best practice.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, legal, and operational risks.
* Lead on data protection and privacy matters.
* Provide legal advice on certain employment law matters.
* Advising generally on charity law and regulatory matters.
ABOUT YOU:
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1+ years PQE in commercial or contract law.
* Basic understanding or familiarity with Charity law and regulation.
* Ability to use own initiative and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision
* Excellent teamwork skills and ability
