As Team Leader, youll play a pivotal role in driving performance, by coaching and m entoring a team of Sales Development Representatives to book high-quality meetings for our Sales team. Youll lead by example, building relationships with potential customers and identifying commercial opportunities, while supporting your team to do the same.
Youll keep the team motivated, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure everyone has the tools and techniques they need to succeed.

What youll be doing:
Lead ing by example by confidently engaging with prospective customers and consistently booking high-quality meetings for the Sales team
Mentoring and coaching our Sales Development Representative s, equipping them with proven techniques and strategies to excel in their roles
Driv ing performance by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities, supporting the team to achieve and exceed their KPIs
M otivat ing the team to maintain a high-energy, results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement
Supporting the team in building strong, consultative B2B relationships that convert into valuable opportunities
Championing best practices across a variety of lead generation and sales initiatives and developing deep expertise across target vertical markets
What need from you:
Proven success in a sales role, ideally within outbound lead generation, with a strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
Energetic and collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Resilient and adaptable, with the tenacity to help others overcome challenges
Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and develop others
