About The Team

Our client-facing team helps brands grow on and beyond the eBay marketplace by guiding them through innovative, full-funnel advertising strategies. As part of this team, you'll play a key support role in driving advertising success for a wide variety of brands.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join our Brand Development Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic advertising campaigns for well-known brands, collaborating with senior sellers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You Will Accomplish
1. Support Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing advertising campaigns across eBay's platforms, ensuring campaign materials, assets, and timelines are managed efficiently.
2. Client Support: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for brand partners on campaign logistics, basic performance reporting, and deliverables.
3. Monitor & Optimize: Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and identify optimization opportunities to ensure campaigns meet brand objectives and KPIs.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and product teams to align campaign delivery with brand goals.
5. Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation, ensure data accuracy in internal systems, and support process improvements across campaign workflows.
6. Research & Insights: Gather category or brand-specific insights to support strategic planning and campaign design.
