Immediate star available (subject to interview process) Rate of pay is £18.71 per hour (First 39 hours Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities Willingness to work away from home (inc. overnight) Liaising with customer, supplier and contractors' contacts Lead, guide and supervise a small team of workers to accomplish daily tasks and projects Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members according to their skills and competencies whilst completing own tasks Monitor the efficient use of resources such as materials, tools, and equipment Ensure that all team members are following company policies, procedures and safety guidelines Serve as a liaison between team members and management, relaying important information and updates Address concerns, conflicts, and issues within the team and escalate to higher management when necessary Key Points Site Installation experience preferable Mechanical Fitter Experience is essential, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience To be an Acceptor or equivalent to accept permits on customer sites Desire to run jobs and report to Site management Training given to be MEWP / TH driver Additional training will be provided to allow for successful integration into role where necessary Hold a full clean UK ...
