Project Administrator | £30,000 | Coulsdon | Full-Time and Office-based
I'm currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a growing M&E business delivering high-quality projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised and looking to build a long-term career within construction.
You'll sit at the heart of the Projects team, supporting both Project Managers and Estimators, ensuring documentation is controlled, tenders are coordinated, and projects run smoothly from enquiry through to handover.
The role
* Managing all project and tender documentation (drawings, RFIs, specs)
* Supporting tender processes and maintaining trackers
* Assisting with take-offs and subcontractor enquiries
* Coordinating project admin, meetings, and communications
* Supporting end-to-end project delivery

Requirements
* Strong admin skills with excellent attention to detail
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
