What You’ll Do as a Nursery Manager
* Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery team to deliver outstanding care.

Your Ideal Background
* Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent).
* Must have a pass in Maths.
* At least 1 year in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles.
* In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
* Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment.
