Join Our Team as a Supported Living Manager!

In this role, you'll manage two adjacent apartment blocks, home to 15 individual one-bedroom flats, providing intensive support for adults with complex mental health backgrounds, autism, learning disabilities, or physical health needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Supported Living Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Develop and maintain flexible support plans using our advanced digital care management system.
* Collaborate with the individuals we support, their families, and other professionals to ensure tailored care.
* Oversee everyday operational management and lead your team through a period of change.
* Utilize your experience in supported living to enhance service delivery and team performance.
This role is perfect for a Team Manager or Team Leader looking to step into a more senior management position. Flexibility is key, and a full driving license with access to a car is essential.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
* Previous management experience in the Learning Disability sector, preferably in supported living.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience managing compliant services.
* Proven track record of improving services and managing multiple properties.
* Strong understanding of supported living services and budget management.
* Experience in developing talent and managing staff performance.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to collaborate with Commissioners, Stakeholders, and Regulators.
* Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and undertake CQC registration post-probation.
