Production Operative Location : L34 Pay Rate: £ 13.28ph Shifts : 7am-7pm / 7pm- 7am (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts) Days : 4-on-4-off Job Overview We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving machine operation, quality checking, and general production line duties. Full training will be provided, and there are opportunities for progression for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Carry out quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards Work on the production line, supporting smooth and continuous workflow Pack, label, and prepare finished items for dispatch Follow all health & safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment Support general manufacturing tasks as required Requirements Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential Ability to follow instructions and work to targets Good attention to detail for quality checking Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment This role offers a structured environment where safety, teamwork, and quality are prioritised.
