What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Client Services – Intermediaries, EMEA, the Client Service Associate will work closely with the team servicing existing clients in the instructional and financial intermediary channel to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.
The role will be based in London.
Your responsibilities:
* Serve as initial point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, requests, and operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain client database such as salesforce and other related tools, reviewing current data & reporting and cleansing where necessary.
* Coordinate with portfolio managers, investment analysts, and other internal stakeholders to address client inquiries and provide relevant information and updates.
* Provide the distribution team with information/reports/presentations in relation to client queries.
* Help the distribution team with the preparation of presentation packs/information ahead of client meetings/pitches.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding clients' investment objectives, preferences, and risk profiles.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance client service offerings and support business development efforts.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to client interactions, data privacy, and information security.
* Continuously learn and share product knowledge, industry trends and compliance guidelines.
Potential ad-hoc task could contain:
* Supporting new initiatives and processes
* Attend industry events
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
* A proactive, motivated, self-starting willing to make positive contributions.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.

* Continuously willing to learn and share knowledge, industry trends and compliance guidelines.
Skills and experience:
* Relevant industry experience in the institutional client service.
* Experience coordinating and leading projects.
* Awareness of the regulatory requirements.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client service, relationship management, or a similar role within the asset management industry, preferably with exposure to clients
Education:
* Degree Level or relevant industry experience
* Appropriate registrations necessary upon hiring
