We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Ecommerce Data Administrator to join the team in a paid internship or placement role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in ecommerce, retail operations and online marketplaces within an established menswear brand.
This role would suit a student, graduate, or someone early in their career who enjoys working with spreadsheets, structured data and online retail systems, and is keen to develop practical ecommerce experience in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating and managing product data used across our websites and third-party marketplaces.
Working closely with ecommerce, trading and content teams, you’ll help ensure products are accurately presented online with the correct information, imagery and attributes.
The role is heavily Excel-based and requires strong attention to detail, consistency and organisation.
Responsibilities
* Creating and maintaining product data in Excel and ecommerce systems
* Uploading and updating product information across websites and marketplaces
* Managing product attributes, sizing, pricing and categorisation
* Preparing and formatting spreadsheets for bulk uploads
* Checking product data for accuracy and consistency
* Regularly reviewing website and marketplace listings to identify inaccuracies, missing information and opportunities to improve product presentation and performance
* Coordinating product imagery and ensuring correct asset linking
* Supporting marketplace listings and data requirements
* Assisting with product launches, promotions and seasonal updates
* Identifying data issues and helping improve processes
* Working with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
* Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large spreadsheets
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
* Comfortable handling repetitive administrative work to a high standard
* Strong written English and data-entry accuracy
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Positive, reliable and proactive attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous ecommerce or marketplace experience
* Experience using Shopify or ecommerce platforms
* Experience with CSV uploads and product catalogues
* Interest in fashion, retail or ecommerce
