Description: This role involves providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring clients to appropriate partners, reviewing financial and investment goals with clients, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Employees are expected to complete necessary licensing and training, and must comply with SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration processes. Failure to maintain registration may lead to disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
* Work with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
* Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
* Triages client requests and makes referrals based on needs and asset thresholds.
* Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
* Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
* Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
Required Qualifications:
* Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If only 63 or 65 are held, must pass the missing series within 60 days.
* At least one year of experience in the investments industry, with knowledge of investment products and services.
* One year of experience in financial services or sales environment with goal achievement.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Effective communication and confidence in engaging clients.
* Ability to manage goals, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek client solutions.
* Time management skills.
* Attention to regulatory due diligence.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong computer skills for multitasking.
* Three or more years of relevant experience.
* Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC).
* Insurance licenses.
