We are seeking an Experienced Bar Manager to spearhead the launch of our client's bar concept. This is a temporary position for approximately 4 months.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Opening Phase
Work collaboratively with owners and design teams on the venue’s layout, equipment selection, and overall bar setup, with a focus on refurbishing an existing bar framework.
Develop opening budgets, forge supplier relationships, and set up robust inventory systems.
Recruit, train, and onboard a high-performing bar team, leveraging existing staff for a smooth opening.
Use corporate templates for all pre and post opening documents
Design signature cocktail menus and curate an engaging beverage selection.
Establish clear service, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Lead pre-launch marketing initiatives and coordinate soft opening events.
Post-Opening Phase
Manage daily bar operations, always striving to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Oversee stock control, ordering processes, and supplier negotiations.
Monitor team performance, providing ongoing training and mentorship.
Implement strategies to maximise revenue.
Maintain strict compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Bar Manager, ideally with pre-opening expertise.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of Operational Plans, preparation, and execution.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional communication.
Adept at navigating dynamic, evolving environments.
A genuine passion for crafting memorable guest experiences.
Understanding and implementation of compliance with local authorities
Ideally have a Personal Licence.
