About the Role:
* Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, potentially Key Stage 3.
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies and simulations.
* Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the department's curriculum development.
* Foster a love of Business Studies in students.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Participate in professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent.
* Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies.
* Demonstrates a passion for teaching Business Studies.
* Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
