Pay & Hours:
Rate of £12.71 per hour for a 39-hour week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday. Flexible working hours can be discussed.
Job Role:
As a Supervisor, you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients, producing sandwiches, baguettes, and other food items, while providing excellent customer service. You will be trained to our standards and have opportunities for progression.
You will assist the Shop Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, increasing sales, controlling costs, and developing the team to foster customer loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
* Check daily deliveries.
* Manage stock and produce.
* Maintain product knowledge and quality standards.
* Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
* Work efficiently with the team.
* Handle cash and operate tills.
* Open or close the shop as needed.
* Manage shifts at various times.
* Drive sales and minimize wastage.
* Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
* Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
