The Resourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and pipelining top operational talent across all divisions of the organisation. This role plays a vital part in supporting the recruitment team by building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on high-volume and business-critical operational roles. Ad hoc admin for the Recruitment Team will also be required.

1. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates for operational roles using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, CV databases, and networking.
2. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for key operational functions across all business divisions.
3. Market Mapping: Conduct research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and understand market trends.
4. Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with passive candidates, conduct in-depth initial screening conversations, and maintain ongoing communication to keep them engaged.
