What will you do?
As part of the management team, you will balance your time between supporting operational leaders across different departments and working closely with senior colleagues to develop your knowledge and skills. This is a people-focused role, where you will take responsibility for key areas such as performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, HR processes, and recruitment.
You will be the go-to person for your team, handling queries, questions, and day-to-day challenges with confidence. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for implementing their strategy and vision, ensuring it is delivered effectively and consistently.
You will also guide and support supervisors or duty managers, tracking their performance, setting clear goals, and helping them succeed in their roles.
