Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor – Templecombe
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Mitie is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor to oversee Hard FM services across commercial and industrial properties. The role focuses on delivering high‑standard maintenance and reactive services while leading and developing a team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Continual management of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, ensuring completion in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Support Facilities Management in improving and enhancing stakeholder relationships
- Deliver PDA training, development and auditing for the on‑site team
- Lead the development, support and mentoring of engineers to maximise their potential
- Provide FM resilience across the Templecombe site
- Build and create a proactive, customer‑focused delivery model for all hard service contracts
Qualifications
- Experience in M&E industries
- Experience with mechanical, electrical and specialist systems (e.g., liquid nitrogen, oxygen monitoring, compressed air)
- Experience managing a team of multi‑skilled engineers
- Water management experience desirable
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
