Here at ISS, as one of the UK's largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to manage engineering maintenance delivery across the large and complex site in the Greater Reading area.
This role will manage an engineering team across M&E, Fabric, and small Projects within a fast-moving facilities environment. The team is tasked with delivering against a PPM and Reactive regimen.
We are looking for a confident Maintenance Manager well-versed in FM, with an established track record of strong team leadership, driving performance, gathering stakeholder buy-in, and ensuring the team meets contractual and compliance requirements. This is a traditional, hands-on Technical leadership role.
You will be the driving force behind this, working closely with the Project Management team, Account Director, Soft Services, and various customer stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage the engineering team to optimize performance
* Assess supply chain performance
* Collaborate with wider Account stakeholders
* Ensure the team complies with statutory requirements
* Upskill the Engineering team
* Implement innovative process improvements
