This awesome country hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The hotel opened last year and has won lots of national awards for the standard of the food and guest experiences. Junior Sous Chef is required to work alongside the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef and the team, assisting with the daily running of the kitchen. As Junior Sous you will be in the centre of the action, helping to cover any gaps in sections, running the pass, helping to train and motivate juniors. This is a busy property with consistent numbers which makes planning easier but crucial We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.
