About the role
We are looking to recruit an Electrician to join our repairs and maintenance team to work across properties within the Welwyn Garden City area.
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll undertake electrical repairs, testing and installation works across your dedicated area. Candidates will work individually or as part of a team and have proven experience within a similar role. The successful candidate will have experience within a domestic setting as well as proven experience with electrical installation, EICR’s and electrical maintenance. You’ll be confident working independently, with a strong ability to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions.
Qualifications
* Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation – Buildings & Structures)
* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures, and the environment)
* City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
* Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
* Electrical Installations BS7671 (18th Edition) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses.
* City & Guilds 2391 inspection and testing or equivalent
* Valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months (company vehicle will be provided for work use only)
