Account Manager – Tech-led Packaging Business

As part of their high-performing team, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, provide hands-on support to our broader client base, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. From quoting and tracking orders to solving problems under pressure, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working collaboratively.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years’ experience in account management, customer success, sales, or operations
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
Commercially savvy – you care about cost, margin, and long-term customer value
Resilient and resourceful, always finding smarter, faster ways of working
A genuine interest in sustainability and a willingness to learn the nuances of packaging materials and supply chains
