* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Implement best practices for high-quality selection, ensuring that we attract and hire top-tier candidates.
* Support onboarding initiatives that integrate new hires seamlessly into our company culture.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve our processes and outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance our retention efforts.
Qualifications
* Experience in a talent partnering role, ideally within construction, engineering, utilities or similar hands-on industries
* We would consider someone from a recruitment agency background wanting to make the change to internal, ideally blue collar construction.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
