Working within a collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities while building long-term relationships with businesses across various sectors. Key Duties: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact. - Preparing financial statements and supporting documentation for a variety of clients. - Managing bookkeeping activities for a varied client portfolio using cloud-based accounting systems. - Preparing and submitting VAT returns, ensuring all filings are completed accurately and within statutory deadlines. - Supporting senior members of the team with year-end accounts preparation and other client projects. - Reviewing financial records and maintaining accurate accounting data across multiple assignments. - Liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure information is obtained efficiently, and deadlines are met.
