Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and step in as deputy during their absence. This role requires commitment, creativity, and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.
Working Hours:
50 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef with menu planning and food preparation
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
* Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations and meet business needs
* Lead and manage the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
Candidate Requirements:
* Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
* Strong organisational skills with excellent timekeeping
* Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
