Area Manager – Freedom Leisure
Freedom Leisure is seeking an experienced and inspirational Area Manager to lead our Leisure Partnerships in Kent & Tandridge.

Responsibilities
* Business & Sales Management – Accountable for business, budget and cost centre performance across sites in your area, driving sales, developing the business plan, and leading staff to achieve key performance targets.
* Operational Management – Ensure the day‑to‑day management of leisure services and events is of the highest standard.
* People Management – Maintain high work standards through effective recruitment, leadership, management and development of all staff.
* Partnership Management – Liaise with local authority partners, develop relationships, ensure delivery of objectives and compliance with contracts.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a senior operational leisure role.
* Proven track record of leading and managing culture change.
* Experience leading multi‑site operations that include large‑scale events.
* Outstanding commercial awareness and experience of delivering sales targets and income performance.
* Excellent IT skills for producing and interpreting reports and data.
* Awareness of industry developments and trends.
* Strong problem‑solving, project management, customer service and staff management experience.
Hours
37 hours per week – flexible to meet business demands.
