Are you passionate about early years education and creating a nurturing, engaging environment for young children to thrive? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery team in Hull.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5. You’ll work closely with other practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework, while ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver fun, educational activities that promote child development.
* Support children’s emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate observations and records of children’s progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
* Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.
About You:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
* Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
* A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
