The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to be an Appointment Setter within our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone, presenting our media, building rapport, and booking appointment for field reps. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and a passion for hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
* Present our media and explain the customer opportunity
* Build a robust sales pipeline and manage timely follow-ups
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills—you're confident, friendly, and persuasive on the phone.
* Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we're also happy to train the right candidate if you have the right attitude and desire to succeed.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, to manage call schedules and follow-ups efficiently.
* A positive attitude and resilience—rejection is just part of the journey, and you're ready to bounce back with a smile.
* Familiarity with CRM software and solid computer skills.

Hours:

This role involves evening shifts, with hours of 2-10pm or 3-11pm depending on your assignment. If you are unable to work these hours, this position will unfortunately not be appropriate for you.

Pay:

Standard weekly pay is £450 per week. However, a weekly basic of £600 per week will be paid during your first month while you build your pipeline.
