We're looking for an Assistant Manager to help keep our busy Cotswolds café running smoothly.
You'll support the Café Manager day-to-day, lead the team on shift, and make sure every customer gets a warm welcome (muddy dogs included).
What you'll be doing
* Supporting and motivating our front-of-house team
* Keeping service smooth and standards high
* Assisting with training and development
* Helping with stock control and supplier orders
* Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are met
* Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in when it's busy
What we're looking for
* Previous café or hospitality experience (supervisor/management a plus)
* Calm, confident and great with people
* Organised, reliable and good at problem-solving
* Flexible and happy to take initiative
