On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.
What you'll be doing
1. Responsible for the Influencer strategy and performance across the UK and Ireland
2. Managing the Influencer channel reporting and feeding into Senior PR & Influencer Manager
3. Manage Influencer briefs and campaign support
4. Oversee TikTok shop Influencer strategy
5. Oversee the Influencer affiliate programme
6. Liaising with wider marketing team to create and coordinate Influencer strategies that work across organic social & paid social
7. Responsible for the monthly Influencer sample spend
8. Oversee day to day workflow of junior team members
9. Supports on all brand collaborations and PR gifting on a global level
10. Work with the merch and buying teams on suggested product focuses
11. Identify and actioning emerging Influencer trends within the industry
12. Responsible for streamlining/managing internal processes across the influencer team
13. Managing Influencer platforms and being key point of contact for account managers

14. Previous experience in an Influencer Manager role
15. Excellent people skills as this role will be managing a team
16. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
17. Excellent negotiation skills
18. Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
19. Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
20. Exemplary organisational skills
21. Confident in reporting at a top line level
