Teaching Tomorrow is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Northampton. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the classroom while enjoying flexibility in their work. Your role will include: Supervising lessons in the absence of a teacher. Ensuring students stay on task with pre-prepared work. Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive environment. Supporting students to stay engaged and motivated. Requirements: Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching). Confidence in leading and managing groups of students.
