We're a B2B lead generation agency generating $100K+/month in revenue. We currently run Google Ads at ~$8K/month and need a paid media specialist to optimize our existing campaigns AND build out retargeting + new channels (Meta, LinkedIn).
What you'll own:
- Optimize our existing Google Ads campaigns (search terms, negatives, bid strategy, ad copy testing)
- Set up and manage retargeting across Meta and LinkedIn (pixel installation, audience segmentation by page visited, creative strategy by funnel stage)
- Launch Meta cold traffic campaigns using case study creative
- Launch surgical LinkedIn Ads (retargeting first, then sponsored content to specific job titles + industries)
- Weekly performance reporting with actionable insights — not just data dumps
You're a fit if:
- You have 2–5 years managing B2B paid media
- You've managed Google + Meta + LinkedIn simultaneously for service businesses or agencies
- You know that retargeting should be funded before cold traffic and can explain why
- You can show specific examples of lowering CPA while scaling spend
- You're comfortable with $5–15K+ monthly budgets and can be strategic about allocation
You're NOT a fit if:
- You've only managed one platform
- You optimize for clicks and impressions rather than cost per booked call
- You don't have experience with retargeting architecture
