Job Details
Part-time role, 30 hours per week. Fixed term for 12 months to cover Maternity Leave.
Working predominantly day shifts with occasional night shifts.
Night shift enhancement of £1.00 per hour from 8pm to 7am Monday – Thursday (excluding sleep-ins). Weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour from 8pm Friday to 7am Monday (excluding sleep-ins).

Role Responsibilities
* Assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication, and meals.
* Escort and support clients during activities, appointments, and external events.
* Promote independence and support individual aspirations based on a Person-Centred approach.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Candidate Requirements
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and creatively with clients and families.
* Personal care experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota if required.
