Registered Manager - Care Sector Location: DE1 2SX Salary: £40,000.00 per annum Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, On Call Rota Basis to be included. Registered Manager - Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational management of the care service Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders Manage budgets and resources effectively Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector Experience of managing multiple sites preferable but not essential Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care Registered Manager - About Key 2 Care Ltd: Vision: To be everyones first choice for home care and support services.
