About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented
Creative Producer / Project Manager
to join a busy and fast-paced creative production team. This role will suit someone with a background in production who is ready to take on a broader position that combines both project management and hands-on production responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and production partners to deliver a wide range of ad-hoc creative projects. From coordinating briefs through to final delivery, this is a role for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creative production.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination:
Manage the full lifecycle of ad-hoc creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to campaign goals.
* Production Support:
Coordinate logistics for planned photo and video shoots, both locally and internationally.
* Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, designers, and copywriters, while liaising with external agencies and vendors.
* Creative Process Management:
Support the smooth flow of work from concept to delivery, ensuring brand standards are met.
* Asset Management:
Upload and tag creative assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, maintaining organized project files.
Skills & Experience Required
* 3–5 years' experience in production, project coordination, or creative operations (preferably within a marketing or agency setting).
* Hands-on experience supporting photo or video shoots.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
* Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel internationally for shoots.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) and familiarity with asset management systems.
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in a creative agency or in-house studio team.
* Exposure to Employer Brand or creative strategy.
* Knowledge of budgeting or vendor coordination.
* Familiarity with digital marketing or social media campaign production.
