About the role This isnt a typical care role. As a Night Care & Support Worker, youll support tenants living in their own flatshelping them stay independent, connected, and in control of their lives. From practical support to companionship, youll build meaningful relationships and play a key role in creating a strong community. This post is working 30 hrs per week position with the following shift pattern: Week 1: working on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 PM-7 AM Week 2: working on Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9 PM-7 AM There is a genuine occupational reason under the sex discrimination act 1974 that the post holder must be female. The role involves supporting our tenants (males and females) throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Duties may include personal care, administering medication, responding to call bells, carrying out welfare checks, maintaining accurate records, and helping create a calm and reassuring environment overnight.
