Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and leading key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
* Create and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
* Monitor project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
* Identify potential risks and resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track.
* Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing outputs.
* Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands for efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in FMCG marketing.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or innovation, demonstrating successful project management.
* Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
* Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
* Proven project management capabilities, including leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
* Track record of delivering results and making impactful contributions in previous roles.
* Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
* Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
* Resilient, able to work under pressure with competing priorities.
* Experience in IMF and cross-functional leadership roles.
