My client is a highly regarded local law firm south of the city of London, based in Kent.
They have an opening for a proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer with the ability to move transactions forward, keep clients informed, and build links with local referrers. Ideally 1 to 2 years PQE but would suit an NQ with previous experience as a residential fee earner.
You will run a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases including one-off new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages, using a case management system with full workflow and standard documents, with assistance from paralegals and an admin assistant.

You will be working in modern, open plan offices in South London, using bespoke workflow to generate documents, forms and correspondence.
