Estimator
Permanent I Cardiff
£28,000- £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Bridgestone Group are currently seeking an Estimator to join a growing and well‑established construction specialist based in Cardiff
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Estimator looking to step away from senior responsibility, or a Junior Estimator looking to develop their career within a supportive commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
* Review architectural specifications and construction drawings
* Undertake detailed material take‑offs
* Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and cost breakdowns
* Build up pricing using system schedules and supplier information
* Liaise closely with Main Contractors and supply chain partners
* Support the handover of secured projects to the delivery team
About You
* Previous estimating experience within the construction industry
* Ideally familiar with systems such as Kawneer, Metal Technology, AluProf, or Technal
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Computer‑literate, ideally with experience using Logikal or similar pricing software
* Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple tenders
