We're seeking a reliable De-installation Operative to join a busy on-site engineering team, supporting the safe removal, movement, and management of telecoms and IT equipment across the UK and Europe.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active work, working away during the week, and being part of a close-knit operational team where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Equipment De-installationsDe-install telecoms and technical equipment from live and decommissioned sitesRecover redundant cabling and supporting infrastructureLoad and unload equipment safely and organise staging areasPrepare equipment for transport and onward logisticsDeliveries & CollectionsAssist with delivering equipment to customer sitesCollect and transport stock between client locations and warehousesSupport recycling movements and rack collectionsAsset Detailing & Stock ControlRecord serial numbers and apply stock labellingAssist with stock takes and inventory checksPrepare equipment for recycling, resale, or warehouse transferWhat We're Looking ForStrong manual handling ability and confidence working with physical equipmentA team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when requiredGood attention to detail and accurate record-keepingBasic PC skills (Word and Excel)Full UK driving licenceAbility to carry out physical work safely, including lifting heavy equipmentWorking EnvironmentYou'll primarily work off-site at customer premises across the UK and occasionally Europe. This role may involve staying away from home Monday to Thursday.
