A growing law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced Employer Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of EL and PL claims from inception to trial.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
* Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and trial bundles.
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties to ensure effective case management and resolution.
* Provide expert advice to clients regarding their claims and potential outcomes.
* Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in handling OL, EL, and PL claims.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures.
* Proven ability to manage claims independently and take cases through to trial.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
