What youll do: Lead on technical sales enquiries related to valves and engineering solutions, ensuring accurate quotations and tailored customer support. Manage high-value projects from enquiry to delivery, providing expert input on valve selection, specification, and applications. Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge to generate growth. Handle complex customer issues, quality concerns, and technical challenges with confidence and precision. Provide feedback and reporting to the General Manager, supporting continuous business improvement. Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
